You are strongly advised to obtain Holiday Insurance to cover the cost of your holiday and other associated expenses.
CANCELLATION – ALTERATIONS
The following cancellations charges will apply:
13 weeks or less to arrival 25% of total cost of rental.
The use of the accommodation, equipment and other amenities on site is entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss, damage to the guest personally, their belongs – including cars.
Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to stay at the accommodation and use it’s facilities. No other persons are allowed access unless approved by the owners.
PLEASE NOTE: In common with most of rural France, we are serviced by a septic tank. It is essential that no sanitary or baby items are flushed down the lavatory and only French toilet tissue suitable for septic tanks may be use. English toilet tissue is indigestible to the septic tank flora). Only toilet cleaners suitable for septic tanks may be used. However, we do supply an initial quantity of toilet tissue and cleaner that will be available to you on arrival free of charge.
Owners Liabilities
The owners shall not be liable to the guests for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliances in the accommodation or garden: nor for any loss, damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or any matters beyond the control of the Owners; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by Guest(s) should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged before the rental period and in any such event the Owners shall within seven (7) days of notification to the Guest, refund all sums previously paid by the guests in respect of their holiday period.
Under no circumstances shall the Owner’s liability to the Hirer exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period.
