The Gite is separate from the main home with its own private entrance and parking facility. Access to the entrance is along a balcony which is interwoven by sweet smelling Wisteria and overlooks a large secluded decked area with outside lighting and garden furniture, swimming pool and BBQ facility all at your disposal.
The main entrance will lead you to a long hallway with original wooden floor and there are windows overlooking the pool area.
Leading from the hallway to the right is a newly refurbished kitchen/dining room equipped to a high standard with gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for 6 people, table and 6 chairs which is situated in front of a window overlooking the front garden with rolling hills in the distance. Ideal for preparing your breakfast, picnics, snacks and evening meals.
Accommodation The Gite
To the left of the kitchen is the lounge area consisting of 1 large comfy double bed settee, 2 arm chairs, CD player, DVD player, fan and heater. A satellite dish provides free view English television channels. There are a selection of DVD’s, books and CD’s for your use. There is a window which overlooks the front garden and has views of rolling hills in the distance.
The door to the right of the kitchen leads to a twin single bedded room with a bedside table and facilities for storing clothes. Another window provides views of the distant rolling hills and front garden. Bed linen is provided.
Down the hall, the second door on the right leads to the second single twin bedded room with bedside table and facilities for storing clothes. Another window provides views of the distant rolling hills and front garden.
The final doorway enters into the spacious shower room which provides toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle
Provision is also made for the use of the Games Room, which consists of a large pool/billiard table (which is free of charge), dart board, chess board and comfy seating, plus various board games and books. A stereo system (which caters for CD’s, tapes and
records) is also provided for your use. Ideal for entertainment in the evening.
A clothes washing facility is available upon request to the owner at 8 Euros per load.
